B2B wholesale trading terms. Effective for all quote requests issued by EVTOP Energy.
1. Pricing & Quotation
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a per-piece basis, exclusive of GST, freight, and packaging unless otherwise specified. Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from issue.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each SKU carries a published MOQ. Orders below MOQ are not accepted. Bulk pricing tiers begin at 500+ units per SKU and are confirmed in the pro-forma invoice.
3. Payment Terms
100% advance payment via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified in the pro-forma invoice. Goods are reserved only upon credit confirmation in our account.
4. Shipping — EXW Warehouse
All sales operate on EXW (Ex Works) Incoterms from our designated warehouse. Buyer arranges freight, insurance and risk transfer from the moment goods are made available.
5. Dispatch Lead Time
Standard SKUs dispatch within 48 hours of payment realization. Custom builds (battery packs, assembled BMS) ship within 7–14 working days.
6. Warranty
Lithium cells carry a 30-day DOA replacement guarantee. BMS, chargers and inverters carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
7. Returns
Returns accepted only for verified DOA units, reported within 7 days of receipt with serial-level evidence. Used or installed goods are non-returnable.
